THEFT
London events have been a target for thieves and pickpockets. Please take extreme caution with your phone and valuable items by following these guidelines:

• Avoid placing them in your back pocket;

• Be cautious about storing them in your bag unless you are confident it is secure from skilled pickpockets who can manipulate zippers and clasps;

• Refrain from handing your phone to strangers to take photos;

• Random searches may be conducted during exit if we receive reports of mobile phone theft. Your cooperation is appreciated.

To help in the event of theft, please provide a detailed description of the thief and the location of the theft. The more detailed the information you can provide, the better we can assist you in addressing the situation.

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY NOTICE
Please be aware that the events will be recorded through filming and photography. By attending, you are providing consent to our filming and photography agreement, which reads as follows:

"Video, photo or videotaping is used to capture this event. I grant permission to be filmed, photographed, and/or videotaped, and I release all related content to the producers and users of such media. I absolve all photographs and/or videos from any liability for personal injury, property loss or damage, or infringement of any rights. Furthermore, I expressly authorize and permit the use of my name, voice, likeness, and any reproductions thereof in all media, without limitation, for any purpose worldwide, in perpetuity, and without any compensation."

EVENT GUIDELINES
• Make sure to download your ticket before you arrive at the event;
